Expensive I know but some of the window frames need replacing.

”The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every one of them is excellent. Friendly and helpful. I arrived off the sleeper and they wen out of their way to make sure I got into my room early. My upgraded room was comfortable and had wonderful views. Breakfasts were very good. I’ll definitely stay here again. ”
