”The view wasn't as shown in the room photos. The restaurant was closed all weekend and we weren't told that when we booked. The internet was patchy at best. The best part was the gin distillery next door.”

”Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. ”Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot.”

”The views are amazing. The check in staff and welcome on arrival are excellent. Very friendly.”

”The apartment was clean , but needs to be repainted as you could see where they had fix some damage and the repainted parts were obvious. Some might not even notice, but having done repairs on my own property I did notice. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Gated community with shops across the street.”

”I was shocked with how clean the room was such a lovely surprise 😊 The bed was very comphy we loved the outdoor area attached ot our room it was so lovely to sit and look at the water. The room was spacious. Shower was excellent pressure and nice and hot and a nice spacious bathroom. I liked that morning fresh was available to wash my dishes with as well as chxux cloths , scrub pad and scrubbing brush.
