”Check in was difficult due to procedure with a form even thou you are prepaid for after hours check in this had to be done, so we had to physical go to the property to do this, we were in the area and had to drive quite a way to do this before the closed at 3pm, we arrived no one was at reception but open after a wait a lady came we did check in and then our room wasn't ready, so we got the keys and left.
