”We were very happy with our stay in Anouk's charming houseboat. The location is just a few minutes' walk to the nearby train stop to get to Amsterdam. The train to Central Station is only 15 minutes. It was great to avoid the traffic and commotion of the big city, but to be able to get there quickly to see the sites.The houseboat was very clean and spacious. The enclosed yard is nice, and there are bikes and kayaks available for use. I biked to the nearby grocery store when we needed...

”We had a wonderful stay with Deep and Julie on their Catermeran. We enjoyed some wonderful sailing and anchored near an Island for the night. We had a lovely evening sharing stories over dinner and watching the sun go down! I was impressed how warm and cosy the boat was and how well we all slept! Waking up surrounded by nature and beautiful scenery in the morning was very special and we enjoyed basking up the sunshine before setting sail. It was a great adventure for both children and adults...

"Huone oli siisti ja ikkunan puuttuminen ei haitannut meitä. Hotelli ja ympäröivä alue olivat rauhallisia. Useampi ruokakauppa ja ravintola kävelyetäisyydellä. Ilmastoinnista iso plussa."

"Perfekt rum för en weekend getaway med fyra tjejer. Ett litet kylskåp, två sovrum och två badrum. Ett litet vardagsrum och kök att hänga i mellan varven. Lite slarvigt städat när föregående gästers tomflaskor och smutsig strumpa fanns kvar i rummet när vi checkade in. Bra frukost som gjorde sin sak. Det bästa var läget, 15 min med tåg rakt från flygfältet, bussar, tåg och spårvagn går rakt ytterom. Enkelt att ta sig runt i Amsterdam. Mycket prisvärt och bra hotell."

"This hotel is little bit tricky to valuate, mainly nothing wrong with it but still didn’t like it so much. But value for the price is good I would say. Room was spacious and bed was big but room was quite empty. We had tree identical rooms, my room had very good a/c and it was operated from the room but in other rooms that was not the case. Bathroom was nice. Some things in room are pretty high, like hooks and sink - not a problem though if you are not very short :) Restaurant had nice lunch and dinner but I didn’t like breakfast which we luckily had only one morning. Zaandam shopping street and train station are basically right next to hotel so that is handy and we had breakfast in cafe nearby ( Lagom which I recommed). Easy train ride to Amsterdam and with daily ticket you can go back and forth as many times as you want. There is a empty fridge in the room and grocery store right next to hotel. Parking was really handy and not too expensive. Small park in front off the hotel seemed to collect some weird people and Zaandam feels like suburb for Amsterdam but traveling with car I would definately choose this over Amsterdam. And this is great location to do daily trips to see Netherlands."
