”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Adequate hotel for an overnight stay if needed, worth medium dollar. I walked into a slippery wet hotel floor, almost leading to injury, with very loud neighbors that ironically had to be escorted from the property. Although the staff was helpful enough to assist in taking care of these inconveniences, these were issues that I would not have anticipated experiencing, especially what a heavy and damaged/refundable incidental fee upon check-in.”

”I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.”

”The room was clean and well stocked, but not in good condition. Furniture was worn and broken. The pillows felt like bags of lumpy fluff and definitely need replaced. The comforter was discolored. The room phone was not functional. The toilet was shockingly loud - would wake people up in the middle of the night. The hallways were muggy and warm, I felt bad for staff having to work in them. Only one elevator was working and it needs some repairs to the flooring.”

”I normally stay at the Edgewood, MD location, but it was all booked, so after searching, I decided to book here. After driving 6 hrs in traffic I arrive to check in only to find out the elevator is broken. Too late to book somewhere else on such short notice so I have No choice but to stay. My room is on the 4th Floor! I now have to hike up 4 flights after unpacking my car. I enter the room and it smell like mildew. There is like a musky hot steamy feeling. Like everything feels damp. It’s HOT!...

”Amazing hotel. My room was extremely spacious, had a bathtub which was great to have an option. I had a fabulous view of the harbor which was beautiful both day and night. The staff was very helpful and always available. The gym and fitness area had numerous amenities. There was a basketball court, tennis court. Peloton bikes and state of the art workout equipment. The pool was literally ten steps away. I will book this hotel for my next trip.”
