”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.”

”Clean spacious room with excellent WiFi and updated bathroom. Room is nicely appointed. Bed is a bit hard, so if you like firm, you will be happy.
TV lacked ability to connect to subscribed streaming also with no ability to cast programs. Normally not a big deal for us, but we do like to watch movies in the evening and the commercials were brutal. Commercials are always so much louder. We stayed for 11 days.
Breakfast was included in our rate, but I just could not eat the same thing for that...

”Used a taxi from BWI- hotel property about 25 minutes from BWI airport. Easy drive a local friend took me back to airport. The rooms are very clean, no strange odor. Comfy bed, shower gel ,lotions and shampoo in shower. King bed room- refrigerator in room. Nice large TV to get am news and weather. ”Super convenient to BWI. Hotel room was a little run down, but nothing that was terrible. Breakfast was à la carte and wasn’t anything to write home about if you anre expecting a quick hot breakfast before you fly out. I asked guest services when we got there what time breakfast was and she said 7a-10a. Maybe I missed where it was? At any rate, parking was easy, room was clean, pillows were fluffed. Would I stay there again? Probably. ”

”Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. ”
