”The hotel had gnats flying everywhere. There were ants in the room. The room keys didn’t work most of the time. We were locked out of the room for hours because the electronic lock stopped working. A genuinely nice maintenance man had to come in at 9:30pm from 40 miles away to break into the room with a crowbar and replace the entire lock. ”Wow, what did I like? The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar were great. The bed, while not exceedingly so, was comfortable. My only complaint is about the AC in my room. The fan was set to run continuously (which I wanted) and the temperature was set for 70. During the night, every time the compressor started up I was awakened. Was the unit for my room overly loud? I would have to say Yes. Otherwise the stay was great. Would definitely stay here again.”
