One other issue was that the cottage was a part of 4 other cottages which shared a common dock and access to the river, it was not mentioned in the listing. ”The hosts, Shane and son Chase, were super. Any question which came up were immediately answered . We stayed here thru the July 1st and July 4th holiday week. You can just forget any fears you may have about being inside a campground as noted in the description as it was very quite especially for a long weekend. The location and features were accurate and complete as described . The great room and kitchen is 5 star plus. We highly recommend staying here. We liked it so much that we will return...

”This is a great property at the Outlet, on Charleston Lake. We stayed in the smaller cabin and it was perfect for our getaway. Cabin is clean, well stocked with cooking essentials, fresh linens, fire pit and a beautiful view of the lake. Our host was fabulous. Great spot at the end of the laneway for snacks/icecream, breakfast and much more. Our only regret is that it was only a short staycation/recharge. Wish we could have stayed longer.”

”We loved our 3 days and 4 nights at The Dance Hall. The wood burning stove was enjoyed and appreciated as the weather was quite cool and wet. We loved listening and watching the loons, geese and herons from the dock. We did some paddling in the kayaks provided around islands not too far from shore. The cottage is filled with interesting antiques, cookbooks, a record player and records. We would love to come again. ”

”We were going to ganonoque on a boat cruise with family yo celebrate my mothers 85th birthday. I found this place on vrbo and we are so lucky we got it. Cole our property manager was attentive kind and answered emails promly. I am sorry our time actually at the place was too short as we werent able to utilize the amentiies such as hot tub or sauna but both looked amazing.thank you again for a lovely visit. I would highly recommens this place.”
