”There were bedbugs. They’re was no manager on site to discuss this issue.”

”The staff were helpful and the hotel is close to many amenities and stores. Lots of green space outside to be able to walk my dog.”

”The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Check in experience with the front desk staff was amazing, where things fall a little short is the room itself. I stayed in a king room. The bedding was lacking, a sheet, small duvet and a sheet over that. It was cold and not cozy. I suggest bring back a comforter. The room was quite spacious, however the bathroom sink is very small and there is very little to no, sound barrier to the hallway, even with the door closed, you could hear...

”I only stayed one night but the place was conveniently located and staff was nice. Breakwas is typical but the fact that it was available was bonus. I liked the river walk as well.”

”It was great! The only complaint my son had was the hide a bed mattress was very uncomfortable. I laid down on it and you could definitely feel the springs in the mattress”

”Nice, clean, quiet! Lots of restaurants and some shops around, it was easy to walk around even in the blistering heat. Nothing bad to sat about this place, would stay again! :) Breakfast was coffee, oatmeal, pancakes, a blueberry muffin and some fruit. Easy!”

”overall a good experience but the room I chose was WAY overpriced for the minimum upgrade. I'd likely choose elsewhere next time”

”The staff were great, very upbeat and helpful. The price for room very reasonable, will book again in the future when in need to be in Kamloops!”
