Vuelve a ser el hotel tranquilo y confortable que era cuando empezamos a venir hace ya 9 años.
A destacar el desayuno y siempre Gregoria que hace las mejores tortillas y es superatenta.
Se aparca bien y estás a 10 minutos de Puerto Banús y 15-20 de Marbella.
En este tiempo ha tenido altibajos hasta el punto de que hace 3 años nos planteamos si volver porque empezaron a llegar huéspedes indeseables que pertubaban la paz y el descanso, pero se nota la mano de la nueva...

”Hotel was really great! We stayed only for one night, however the location was perfect for us. Hotel has its own parking hall so it was easy to arrive by car. There is also swimming pool which was a big plus during the hot season. Pool is not the biggest but definitely not the smallest either. Breakfast was delicious buffet and you could also ask kitchen to make you an omelette/scrambled eggs. Room was spacious and clean. The only small negative thing in the room was the floor which was noisy...

1. Nach der Eingabe der 4-stelligenKode auf der Bedienungstafel an der Tür muss man das Häckchen drücken "V" !!! . Das wurde nicht in der Anweisungen beschrieben.
2. Es gibt keine Vorrichtung zum Aufhängen der Wäsche .
3. Es gibt keinen Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse.

”really nice and clean hotel with an excellent location. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was with the air condition. It was maybe controlled by the staff and any adjustments done in the room, did not have any effect. Room was really hot during the night. After the first night we mentioned about this and they promised to fix it, but the same issue happened on the second night.
Breakfast is nice, but run with too small amount of staff. ”

"Very friendly staff, hotel in great condition and room was perfect and very well cleaned. Loved staying at this hotel. Also location couldn’t be better.
Only minus is the unusually operating lifts. With non hotel guests going to and coming from the rooftop bar, it was not that smooth to use the lifts and it could take time to get one. Maybe they should have only one lift in use for the rooftop bar customers and leave the others to hotel guests. "
