”The smell of mold and ammonia/bleach was so overpowering, we could not stay here. Despite paying highly inflated rates due to it being a UGA football game weekend, we simply left the property and sought other accommodation. We lost significant money in doing so, but could not endanger our health by staying in such an environment. Our breathing was adversely affected and we knew we would be unable to sleep. The room was dirty and there were stains everyone. There were two drunk vagrants staying...

”The first floor room had a musty smell in it but overall was clean. The bathroom could use updating--door was scratched up, shower a bit discolored and sink had wear and tear. Bedding and room overall felt clean. Location was 10-20 minutes from University of Georgia--mostly due to traffic as distance is not far. Breakfast was reasonable.”

”Hotel is undergoing renovations and on its way to being updated on 9/27/26. When we arrived, we thought they were closed by the black tarp in the foyer on the other side of the entry way. We were able to call and got the front desk who talked us in. Hot tub was warm and bubbling, not very hot. Shower had adequate pressure and got warm quickly. Bed was comfortable and the room had recently been done. Smelled very clean. Facility not far from the interstate. Feel it is a good place to stay....
