”The property looked fantastic from the images and was just as impressive on arrival. A neat complex just off of a main road. Communication with the property owner was good. Some small issues we encountered though. The master bed mattress was well past its used by date as my partner and I were falling into the centre of the bed. The fridge Ice Maker was broken or I could not get it to work? But either way I feel it should have been checked as it was part of our departure instructions to fill...

”I made a booking and received confirmation stating standard ID requirements applied at check-in. However, this is not the case. As there is no reception desk to check into, I was asked to upload a photo of my driver’s licence in addition to a selfie holding my bankcard displaying my full name and expiry dates. I was further asked to provide a screenshot of my bank account that payment had been made from. I queried how my personal ID, images and banking details were being stored and voiced...

”Spaces and functional with everything you need. Beds were clean, but the apartment was a bit outdated and in some spaces needed a deep clean, some dirty dishes etc Overall we were very satisfied. Reception were very organised and efficient. ”

”Kitchen was good and tidy. It should be without teflon and aluminium on pots n pans. Bathroom Sink needed repairs were done there. Would stay there again. Need some painting done on front doors”
