”I visited Cosmos Apartments in 2024 and enjoyed it so much I returned on this visit. Another very comfortable stay. Apartment is well equipped and in a great location with the River Cat and bus services nearby. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a local Coles within easy walking distance. Dealing with Reception and Housekeeping is a joy - they are both so very friendly and helpful.”

”I made a booking and received confirmation stating standard ID requirements applied at check-in. However, this is not the case. As there is no reception desk to check into, I was asked to upload a photo of my driver’s licence in addition to a selfie holding my bankcard displaying my full name and expiry dates. I was further asked to provide a screenshot of my bank account that payment had been made from. I queried how my personal ID, images and banking details were being stored and voiced...

”We had a wonderful stay at Central Haven with our family of 9. The home was spacious, beautifully styled, and in a fantastic location. The kitchen had everything we needed. Just a heads up - the 4th bedroom (with bunks) is right by the front door, so it got chilly and a bit wet when it rained as there is a big gap in the front door entrance. Other than that, a great experience.”
