”This property is about 8 minutes outside from the more touristy area and uniquely centrally located. Very quiet but, also next to about 6 beaches and right across from the boat dock. The Onsight restaurant and the restaurants nearby serve excellent food.”

”The staff was very attentive and very friendly. The beach was amazing. The room was very nice. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good. The food options were great whether it was lunch on the beach or dinner at the restaurant. ”

”If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back.”
