”Pet friendly which is important for us, a four legged companion didn't have easy access outside, we struggled with the staircase a little, otherwise very good, close to shops, walking tracks, etc.”

”Great comm with the host. The property is clean and in convenient location. Walking distance to mall and restaurants.”

”The floor could have done with a vacuum, lots of black hairs. Bathroom bin wasn't emptied and only half a roll of toilet paper. But otherwise it's a great spot and much nicer than the equivalent hotel I think.”

”Lovely property in a very convenient area with easy walk to restaurants and all Braddon has to offer. Underground parking a bonus. Leave your car and walk everywhere!”

”Convenient. Parking definitely appreciated, especially having room for two (despite initial confusion with numbering). Unit felt private. Tenants met in lifts and parking were all very polite and friendly. Great city views.”

”Very happy with the accommodation, and very well positioned for shopping”

”Overall very good apartment. Bed/matress was way too soft. Entry instructions need to be more specific because we went around the back to a different courtyard and couldn't get in initially and had to ask a random resident.”

”The property was immaculately presented, spotlessly clean and spacious with very high ceilings and well-appointed. The location was centrally located in Woden, quiet, with Westfield and many places to eat (and drink) within a short walking distance.”

”Clean and well presented, spacious, comfortable. Everything we needed was there. I had problems opening their emails on my phone so I asked for these to be sent by SMS instead. That worked well.”

”Clean apartment, good location. Just had some issues with internet and cleanliness with the shared spaces which were out of our hosts control.”

”Parking and ease off access to apartment was good!! Close to shops, cafes good also!!”

”Property was clean but had a number of minor maintenance issues which I made the manager aware of as a matter of courtesy not complaint. I received no response from them regarding this. Communication through the app didn’t work so I had to text. Bed was small and fairly hard. Nice convenient location. First time using a parking stacker which was interesting. Wouldn’t want a large or overly tall vehicle”

”We had a late booking due to surgery at ACT. The booking went through in minutes and we were on our way. Instructions easy to follow. The unit was clean and in a great spot. ”
