”Staff went out of their way to help us move to a ground floor room after hubby hurt his back, (awaiting spinal surgery ,nothing to do with motel). They carried our belongings and helped hubby down the stairs. One young lady went out of her way to help in many ways, always with a smile on her face. Highly recommend”

”The home is beautiful and well appointed. Everything was in working order. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and near to the lake and embassies. We had some trouble on the day of arrival - directions were sent regarding check in about an hour prior to the check in time, and only after I reached out to the host to request them. The house did not seem fully cleaned - there were leftover food items in the refrigerator and freezer, trash in the kitchen bin (which also reeked of cigarette...

”Great location, access instructions seemed complicated but weren't, property needs quite a few minor things - main shower head does not stay up properly, cutlery & crockery not clean (luckily we didn't need it), fridge isn't level, one air-con remote, there was a smell in the unit (we kept laundry shut as it seemed to be in there & we didn't need to use it thankfully). Also property management took a security deposit which I was unaware of.”

”Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.”
