”Nicely renovated house in Peoria Heights - not a bad neighborhood but still 5-6 blocks from the nice downtown strip of the Heights. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are up a tight flight of stairs - not an issue for most but wouldn’t work for someone with mobility problems. The owner was very responsive and allowed us a late checkout. Overall solid place for two or three people. ”

”Nice house. Living room furniture is not comfortable if you spend any amount time in there. Definitely can't plan to have someone sleep on sofa - visual appeal only. Location was great/close to Sb fields for week long tournament. Front door lock needs to be fixed as very difficult to lock door, but overall a decent place.”
