”Very disappointed...walking into the facility and the first thing that you notice is it reeked of cigar/cigarette smoke. But yet you have stickers saying that it was a smoke free facility...BS. Not just a little, at the entrance, but all the way through the hotel and room, and I was up on the third floor. I had to go to the grocery store and get some Febreeze to get the smell out of the room. As far as first appearances, it was the 4th of July weekend and the grass wasn't even mowed.”

”Looked like they were in the process of renovating when we were staying there but it was overall a well maintained place. The staff was friendly and helpful with check in.”

”To be frank, we were skeptical pulling into Estherville about how nice the hotel might be. We were very pleasantly surprised at how updated and clean the hotel is. Very nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was on the simpler side but did not disappoint. Staff was polite and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!”
