”We were very happy with our stay at the Galmont. The front desk personnel are wonderful—smart, helpful, and friendly. Our room was great—spacious & modern. The WiFi was strong. There were plenty of plugs for charging devices. There was an in room safe. The only thing our room lacked was drawers (Our friends’ room did have drawers.) The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is well located, near downtown without being on a loud street. We would definitely recommend the Galmont and would stay there...

”We stayed for 8 days so a much longer stay than usual. The staff are lovely including Reception, housekeeping and breakfast room. We had a lovely room at the end of the corridor so we were rarely disturbed. Enjoyed the breakfast done to order. The car park can be tricky as there aren’t a long of spaces but the overflow suits us fine too. Environmentally, we bring our own toiletries so do not use the complimentary packs apart from a bar of soap. Towels replaced daily so it would be good to...

”I spent only one night in a mixed 8 person dorm but the stay was pleasant so if you're looking for a hostel for a short stay, I definitely recommend this one. Rooms were clean, own bathrooms and showers, breakfast was basic toast and cereal and staff was friendly.”
