”Overall the hotel looks nice with lots of nice seating areas. However, there is a complete lack of customer care and attention to detail.
We had to wash out our coffee machine 12 times before the water was clear and not full of old grains. This had obviously not been cleaned in a long time!
There were 3 of us in a family room but there were only 2 sets of towels, 2 mugs, 2 glasses and 2 containers of water.
The thermostat on our shower was broken and was too hot. There was no way to reduce...
”No complaints! The upstairs hallways are a little dark and moody but it has a mysterious allure :D The vending machine was really convenient since there's no minibar, loved the spacey shower. Comfortable stay, nice people :)”
