”Check in was 4. We arrived after 4 and room was not ready. We and many other guests sat around a crowded entrance waiting with our luggage for our rooms to be cleaned. We had 2 double beds one of which was broken. The ro was really sub standard and poorly maintained lots of thick silicone caulking around sink and toilet. Just disappointing. ”It was very noisy and staff did not look into kids running around and playing mini stiks in hallway. We did not stay for the 3rd night as planned. ”
