”The common areas were clean, and breakfast was neat with a decent selection. However, when I entered the room, the bathroom was not clean—there were used towels hanging, so I had to check each time whether the towels were actually clean before using them. The shower booth also hadn’t been properly cleaned; there were old bottles of lotion and other products left there, looking damp and messy.
