”The room was comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was friendly, but I had to contact the desk to have my trash emptied and to have the used towels removed, and clean towels brought in. That was attended to immediately. Furthermore, when I returned home, I discovered that I had been charged twice for the $75.00 pet fee. I called, and the individual at the desk said the problem would be rectified Monday. Hopefully, I will soon see that the money has been credited to my account.”
