”you ripped me off where is the continental breakfast I made a reservation with expedia and the description and the service is terrible > I arrive at 4 pm there is no none I waited for 30 minutes > The responsible is these terrible company manages these hotels, but not the lady who was there with her dog. She was nice, even though I waited at reception for 30 minutes. The next day, there was no breakfast, just a dirty coffee pot. ”

”No fridge no microwave. The bathroom looks dirty. The rest of the room is fairly clean. The outside is dirty. The staff knocks on my door every morning but never brings me fresh towels or asks if i need anything. I have to go to the office to get towels and trashbags. Im here for work but for the price i feel like there should be better service. ”

”The room itself was nice, clean and updated. However, the entry and common areas are outdated, old and require maintenance.”

”The pool was clean, and the hot tub was hot. Lots of kids in the pool, but plenty of room for everyone. Ate at the Lounge. Prices a little high, steak $44, but food was good. Very disappointed that the shuttle to and from the ski resort was not running. We'd planned to use that, but driving over was not far. Extra towels were easy to get at the front desk. Quiet. Saw a deer from the room window.”
