”Ants in the tiny bathroom, spiders in the room. The bed mattress was very old ,no support at all. I stayed at this motel in the past it was always very clean and maintained. The new people are nice but do NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN OR MAINTAIN THE PLACE. Could not get a receipt with the total amount on it that i had to pay? Its hard to see what was a very nice motel turned into one of the very worst. I will never stay at Vista Villa again. OVERPRICED AND DIRTY, STAINS IN THE CARPET. They did not...

”We stopped at the hotel before check-in and spoke to co-owner to request a room on the bottom floor, as my husband had knee surgery 7 weeks prior, and there was not an elevator to the second level. She left a note at the front desk to accommodate my request when we checked in. We did not get a room on the bottom floor, the owner said there was nothing available and said there was no note left at the desk. Very disappointing!”

”This hotel is pet friendly which was our #1 consideration in booking. We found the hotel very clean inside and outside. The bed (double queen) was extremely comfortable...one of our best rests in a hotel experience! Plenty of hot water for showers! Outside hotel and parking areas were well lit. Hotel is behind Culvers...away from US10 traffic. The hotel is an older establishment...not alot of fancy amenities...but we were comfortable and felt safe. Thank You Rodeway Inn!”

”Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.”
