”With no staff on site there was no way to get my questions answered. I tried the "contact us" feature, but never received a reply. The access code was tricky to operate and instructions on how to use it were incomplete.
Additionally, there seems to have been something in the driveway that provides access to the parking lot from the side streeet (not Broadway) that punctured my tires - 2 differeent tires, on the 2 different times I drove out of that exit. Not having staff onsite probably...

”Our room was clean but the hallways and elevator were not. Elevator made a concerning loud banging noise when using and could use a deep cleaning. Staff were extremely difficult to understand due to heavy accents however they were very nice! Breakfast was what you would expect of a continental breakfast, no complaints nor commendations.”
