”Reserved a double queen room but only had 2 bath towels. Requested 2 bath towels and 2 pillows at front desk. Was obliged by housekeeping but front desk person made sure to add it to my room notes. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Sink clogged and didn’t drain. Very poor lighting in room. Loud talkers on floor all night and slamming room doors at 5am.”
