” Very friendly staff, cozy clean room. I liked the presence of two tables, one for computer, the other for gatherings. The window can be opened, which is good, since you do not need to turn on the air conditioner. Breakfast was good too. ”

”This hotel is a gem. Mona greeted us kindly and gave information on where too eat and the location of Smith Falls. There is a simple breakfast provided. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious. The bathroom was well supplied. Of all the hotels we've stayed at across the State of Nebraska i can say this one was the BEST”

”We love the convenience and budget price of this little gem of a hotel. We've always had friendly staff, 3rd time staying. The quad room is the best deal ever!! Dog Friendly at a very reasonable price with nice, big grassy area to walk them. Best in town for us!!”

”This is an old motel. I knew what I was getting. Everything worked,(tv, WiFi , plumbing), the staff was polite, they worked with me on a late arrival time…but this is not new. I needed a bed and bath for the night and it was fine. My only complaint was that the pillows were so thin, 2 still left me with my head in an uncomfortable position. I was not there in the heat of summer, so I can not speak to the AC”

”Cutest little shop/restaurant/ice cream store next door. The property was very spacious and had some fun games for the kids! This lake is fabulous and the property is right by where (in my opinion) the best beach access points are. Cooking utensils are hit or miss, so you might want to pack things you know you'll need if you're cooking in. Check-in was super easy! Would definitely recommend.”
