”My experience with this hotel was awful from the beginning. I had booked three rooms for the night. Upon arrival they informed me that I had booked my rooms through Expedia and Expedia never sent them the reservation so they didn’t have our rooms. They wanted to offer me two rooms to accommodate all 5 adults. Mark hosts every meal and invited guides to inform us about hiking the volcanoes and arranged a 4-wheeler to come directly to the hostel which was very convient. ”We arrived in Managua late evening and Casa Lucia had a driver waiting for us.Claudio greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel at home. Claudio and his mother were very accommodating.
