” The rooms are clean and beds really comfy. Kinda doesn’t get why this place is in hotels.com because it’s not a hotel it’s a hostel. If you wanna to sleep go far away from this one. The parties are so loud that you can feel the music in your rooms walls and bed. We don’t kinda even get it that there was basicly only couples and the bass and music is quite loud even during the day. ”The rooms are clean and beds are really comfy. Just thinking that it’s definitely more like a hostel not a hotel. We stayed there 3 nights and there was parties every night, two times by the hotel and one time by other guests having a pool party from 12am-4am. If you wanna sleep, wouldn’t go there. Otherwise the location is amazing. ”

”This hotel is close to the Center, in a very quiet street with a view of the Mombacho Volcano. The Manager speaks very good English and to able to advise us on the places to see, always fussing really very nice! the room are large and comfortable, the beds too, own bathroom and wifi works very well. the terrace with the balcony upstairs with the view on the volcano is superb. In addition it is the cheapest in the city, I really suggest!”

”It was one of the best hostels where I stayed in central America. I chose the private room with AC. It was very comfortable and well located. I could take advantage of the swimming pool several times a day. In the price, a good breakfast was included and the coffee was free all day. The reception helped me with the organization of 2 tours in the area. The Masaya volcano 25 usd and the Isletas 18 USD. ”

”Great quiet place in central San Juan del Sur. The beach and a lot of restaurant and shops at walking distance. Clean, comfortable with AC and good wifi, great pool with a beautiful mango tree above, simply paradise! You can really make yourself a home with the kitchen and living room. ”

"Very ordinary hotel under the name of Hilton. No any additional service like car rental, concierge as is mentioned in reservation pages. Very big minus because I did take this hotel for having those services too!! Shower don't pull, pool area is dirty. I did give t-shirts, socks etc to loundry and did tell many times, don't use dryer machine because they are merino woll. But they did, 5 Icebreaker t-shirt, 3 new is now one size smaller, 70 $ to 95 $ each! Staff need training, I did order same drink in bar and barmen ask me " at the same glass?". Only really positive is the receptionist young girls, which are very helpful, kind and smiley."
