”They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience ”

”Beautiful and quiet place to be close to nature and relax. Only consideration is that you need to be able to climb some serious stairs to get to some of the cabins, so if you have issues with this, better to ask the staff before reserving. ”

”Wow this place was amazing. Loved all the building colors, the plants, the pools. The room was spacious and the bathroom was perfect. A little dark, but better to keep the temperature down. Breakfast was copious and delicious! And the price was great I hope the new owners don’t ch age this by doing unneeded renovations!”
