”Total lies on the website regarding this location. There are no room fridges or A/C. Totally misleading and when contacted no one speaks English or will help. We only stayed for a couple of nights because of being so misled and no refund was offered. In fact there reply was, hope to see you again. Would not recommend at all.”

”So upon arrival to Nuestra Casa I was very displeased. The pool was visibly dirty as well as the kitchen area. I spoke with a manager at their sister hotel Casa Oro and they were very accommodating and switched my room. My stay at Ana Lucia was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

”We did get the room that only has a standing fan which was extremely loud. There were other rooms with different fans that were more quiet. Otherwise great location, everything walkable, it was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast was fine but starts only at 8am. ”

”First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. ”Loved the pool area, did not realize all rooms did not have AC but we got to switch rooms to much nicer one with AC. The towels were washed but stained dirty, the sink drain leaked all over the floor and the bathroom doorknob came off when trying to leave the bathroom. The owner seemed very nice but the manager was not friendly, didn’t give us any intro to anything at check in. ”This is a fake listing. I got no correspondence from the provider on how to get to the place or where to go. GPS it and upon arrival there was nothing there just a vacant lot. All attempts to contact the provider failed and went to nonexistence phone numbers or messages. Non-refundable so they stole my money. I would like my money back. This place doesn’t exist in this listing is fake. You should not recommend it anymore.”

"Very ordinary hotel under the name of Hilton. No any additional service like car rental, concierge as is mentioned in reservation pages. Very big minus because I did take this hotel for having those services too!! Shower don't pull, pool area is dirty. I did give t-shirts, socks etc to loundry and did tell many times, don't use dryer machine because they are merino woll. But they did, 5 Icebreaker t-shirt, 3 new is now one size smaller, 70 $ to 95 $ each! Staff need training, I did order same drink in bar and barmen ask me " at the same glass?". Only really positive is the receptionist young girls, which are very helpful, kind and smiley."
