”We had a great stay here. Just a couple of issues. We used the online link to pre-register, I even submitted a snapshot of my drivers license. All of this was to speed up the check-in process. When we arrived at the front desk, they had no record of our pre-registration and we had to go all through the process again. Another issue was that we thought the window air conditioner was broken. ”We love the staff and facilities at this Holiday Inn. They are trying to get the hot tub fixed for 3 months now, they submitted a request for the permit 4 months ago but are still waiting. if there is anything you can do to help this along, that would be great.”
