”Pet friendly, close to the attractions I was interested in. A lot of confusion at first, probably my fault for not fully understanding the listing. The home address is for the main house on the property not the carriage house I rented. This was confusing to me when I arrived in the dark. Host and I were able to sort it out the next day. Will consider renting again in the future, except there is no washer, dryer or iron in the property which I didn’t realize when booking.”

”The place is clean and quiet. You cannot enter with luggage from the front door. You have to enter through the garage which means there are two flights of stairs so if you do have a lot of suitcases or elderly with you it’s something to consider. We had a lot of suitcases, a family member on oxygen, and assumed we could enter from the first floor. We planned to keep the suitcases on the first floor for the stay. Parking is great and it is a great area.”

”Fantastic location! Everything we did was 5-10 minutes away. Loved the coffee shop next door that turned into a bar in evening. Very clean, and comfortable foam beds. Amenities are a little sparse, minimum number of towels, etc. Can’t change from cooling to heating without contacting management (we were there when it was 50 and 80). Host was quick to reply. ”Great place to stay, well appointed. It can be a bit loud next to the 31st street bridge but an ideal location between the strip and lawrenceville. Definitely would recommend and great hosts!”

We drove most places, but you could walk to some of the popular places. I would recommend that families with younger kids look for alternatives.
