"Receptionist was a bit unfriendly, might have become an issue if we had needed any help. The breakfast was okay, they have a little army of servers circling around tables ready to swoop away any plates and cups that may or may not be needed. Keeping things neat and tidy is great, but I definitely prefer finishing my croissant before the plate under it gets whisked away. The restaurant serving breakfast is a bit poorly designed for a buffet and if crowded it becomes chaotic when people return to their tables just to find out they have to go about looking for cutlery etc. So don't leave your table unattended:) Our room was spacious enough with decent AC, not adjustable. Some noise from hallway, but nothing major. Comfy bed, good pillows, dark at night. All products including body lotion available in bathroom, and a powerful hair dryer. Would stay again."

"A super cool and modern hotel with a great location in the center of Bratislava. You can walk everywhere. The bar has great cocktails and also a cigar lounge! Few hotels have these, so this is a great choice for cigar lovers. The service is great, the hotel also has its own parking garage if you arrive by car. The rooms are clean and the service is great. All in all, a great experience."
