”The facilities are modern and kept clean. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool multiple times. Breakfast was good with choices of scrambled eggs, toast or muffins or bagels. The ham was delicious, too. We enjoyed our stay since the location was convenient to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial and Custer State Park as well as the airport.”

”Unplug and reset!!
We stayed in the stargazer tent and it as very cool! The location/view was fantastic. The tents were so clean and well kept. The whole site was quiet during sleeping hours which we really appreciated. The staff was very nice and check-in/out was a breeze. Anything we needed the staff was able to provide quickly and even did so without asking for things we didn't notice. Food from the restaurant was nice, cleaner eating and very welcomed after eating on the road/fast food prior...

”This is a very quaint little motel that brings me back to my childhood or maybe even a time before I was born. The older gentleman working the front desk was friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t use them, a pool and miniature golf course were available. The breakfast was a little sparse but still good. My only complaint would be the placement of the AC unit in the room. The thermostat was set to 72 (and it felt much warmer) when we arrived and it took hours to cool the room down as the unit...

”We stayed a few nights here and really enjoyed it. It’s an upgraded old motel with some cabins and a larger lodge up the hill. Across from the abandoned false ghost town, so that was fun. Most of the cabins have a gas grill and there is one at the lodge for the other units. Fire rings and picnic tables provided some nice outdoor spaces to compliment the smaller indoor spaces. Cindy was super helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is light (cereal, toast, fruit, coffee) but just right. Good home...
