Romanttiset hotellit - Länsi-Timor, Itäinen Nusa Tenggara

”I could not chargemy computer or phone . They only have a round pin , 2 hole plug. Thats it. Hotei has no adapters. Menu is in indonesian, staff does not speak english. These are good people, can see if you need help, they give it. Just be aware of what mention.”

”The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and even the sheets and towels had the same unpleasant odor. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing. The staff were friendly and the location was good.”

”Bit run down but pleasant enough!”

”I would of rated it higher but music was deafening all the way through the night. Staff was very helpful and polite.”

”Kristal is a great place to stay close to everything staff excellent pool is amazing food great also forgot to mention free breakfast”

”We stayed 1 week here. When we entered the room, the floor was dirty. Frequently, they did not provide towels unless you asked. When called for towels at 9 pm, they asked to wait until 10 pm due to unavailability of the towels. Twice, the water ran out because of shut electricity. When we called to complain, the phone also did not work. The room was actually quite nice and spacious for the price. However, due to the poor service, I would not recommend to stay here unless all the hotels were...

”Pretty good but the 35% service charge and always getting wrong change was annoying. Bath was filthy. Good value however, if you don’t expect too much. I suppose that if you want quality you can go to the sister property next door.”
