”The receptionists were very nice. The bed was super comfy and nice!
The breakfast was a flop. There wasn’t any vegetables, plant milk/plant-based yogurt or any other kind of bread than white bread. I feel like the extra money wasn’t worth it to begin with and I regret using it. We asked the staff if there’s any veggies/other milks available and they just said no.

”This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is lovely, rooms are spacious and an excellent location for sightseeing around Zurich.”
”Nothing to complain about! The hotel was beautiful, cozy and looked brand new. Everything was spotless, beds soooo comfortable and rooms big and really quiet. They had plenty of options for breakfast and the lobby bar with board games was awesome. The staff was really friendly and location inside a shopping mall near the center was perfect for us. We rented a car and their parking carage was a lifesaver for us. Definitely will come back. ”

”Not really a four star hotel, more of a three star apartment. We stayed in the fourth floor Living Design Loft. Plenty of space, but really hot with no AC and no possibility to keep windows open that much because heavy traffic and railway just outside the window.
Room was little bit worn out and not cleaned properly (even on daily basis). Spider web on the bathroom roof etc. With little bit of paint and extra cleaning would be a lot better.
On the positive note, staff was really friendly...

This hotel has only rooms on 9th, 10t and 11th floor. All the rooms have glass windows, that are very open so this hotel is definetly not for you if you have fear of heights.
The shower is open to room - so if you have fear of exposure, it is not for you - also you need to be intimate with your travel companion.
The biggest mirror there is in the room is located inside the toilet door. Also if you are claustrophobic you may not like the toilet as it is quite small and...

Henkilökunta auttoi löytämään hyviä kulkuyhteyksiä kaupungissa ja myi esimerkiksi junalippuja. Hintaan kuului aamiainen ja aulassa vieraat otettiin vastaan hymyillen. Sijainti olisi voinut olla parempi, sillä vaikka hostellille jaksoi kävellä keskustasta, ison rinkan kanssa se oli työlästä. Kaupungin julkisella liikenteellä silti perille pääsee melko vaivattomasti.”

Aivan naapurista suora raitiovaunulinja (4) ydinkeskustaan (10 min) - päivälippu 8,60 eur. Hotellissa hintava aamiainen, mutta maan hintatason mukainen. Hotellin sijainti Tecnoparkissa eli ympärillä pääosin toimisto- ja asuintaloja. Hiljainen ympäristö, hyvä nukkua.”
”Nice little hotel on the top of the mountain. Very clean and the service was excellent. You should note, that the only way to get to the hotel is by train from Zurich, and from the Uetliberg railway station you have to walk uphill to the hotel. The road has some steps and there is some sand on the road, so we had some problems to carry our luggage to the hotel. Very nice mountain with nice forests and beautiful sceneries over Zurich and the lake.”

"Have now stayed a few times in Ruby Mimi when visiting Zürich on a semi-regular basis (we switched away from Hotel St. Gotthard.when we learned that it's owned by russians). Ruby Mimi is centrally located, everything is reasonably new and fresh and the staff is friendly. Make sure you have time to have breakfast as there are some fantastic cheeses and cold cuts you really need to taste.
The advertised "galleys" on floors 1-4 were a bit dissapointing. For example the coffee machine was missing, but with literally dozens of good cafés nearby the hotel this was no problem whatsoever. "
"Loistava hotelli jos on tarvetta yöpyä lentokentän välittömässä läheisyydessä. Hotelli oli suuri ja tyylikäs.
Aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen.
Huone oli suuri ja siinä oli oleskelutila josta sai lapsille vuoteen sohvasta. Hotellin aulasta pääsee suoraan maan alta lentokentälle joten lähtiessä ei tarvitse kulkea ulkokautta kentälle. Suosittelen!"
