”Room was clean and spacious. Nice coffee. Friendly cleaning staff. Had a nice soup in the hotel restaurant one evening, which is a cosy space. ”Nice little hotel on the top of the mountain. Very clean and the service was excellent. You should note, that the only way to get to the hotel is by train from Zurich, and from the Uetliberg railway station you have to walk uphill to the hotel. The road has some steps and there is some sand on the road, so we had some problems to carry our luggage to the hotel. Very nice mountain with nice forests and beautiful sceneries over Zurich and the lake.”

"Have now stayed a few times in Ruby Mimi when visiting Zürich on a semi-regular basis (we switched away from Hotel St. Gotthard.when we learned that it's owned by russians). Ruby Mimi is centrally located, everything is reasonably new and fresh and the staff is friendly. Make sure you have time to have breakfast as there are some fantastic cheeses and cold cuts you really need to taste. The advertised "galleys" on floors 1-4 were a bit dissapointing. For example the coffee machine was missing, but with literally dozens of good cafés nearby the hotel this was no problem whatsoever. "
