”This is a really lovely property in a great location. It’s tucked away enough that it’s great for a romantic getaway, and close enough that you can venture down to Lynton & Lynmouth for an explore. We had some trouble booking on a different website (booking . com) but the hosts were so quick to respond and so friendly that we were completely sold on booking the property. We ended up not staying the night at all, despite paying 357 for a one-night stay – which is completely unreasonable given the state of the property.The outdoor areas were dirty and unusable, with neglected furniture and no signs of recent cleaning. Inside, the sofa and lounge area were grubby and uncomfortable. The whole place felt uncared for and unclean – nothing like the photos or description.The directions provided...

"A really nice hotel in the heart of Bristol. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didn’t bother us! If we’re coming back to Bristol for a weekend getaway we will definitely come back! "
