”Eileen sent the checkin procedure ahead of time, so it was simple. The room was clean and appointed nicely.”

”We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

”The room was clean and the room temperature good. There was noise above us at night from a child running around and people coming in late were noisy.”

”Heavy language barrier when trying to check in, they control heat and give you a space heater incase you get cold. Room was hot for me and old window unit would not keep up”

”First impression was great! Front desk exceptional and the room very clean everything made sense and we appreciate the counter space and plenty towels ”

”The staff was polite and the property was clean. The rooms are pretty basic . Paper thin walls (was woken up several times by noise in other rooms and the hallway), poorly lit. The most concerning was my room was given to someone else and they tried entering at 2:45AM, which was pretty upsetting. Will not return, there are other properties in the area.”

”The Quality inn is definitely starting to lack in quality. The wall paper is peeling, there was a hole in the bathroom door, webs and dead bugs around the windows. The bathroom had a cigarette odor. This hotel is in serious need of major upgrades. It was tolerable for the one night I needed but if it was any longer I would have requested my money back. It is definitely time for the owners to put some TLC into this place. ”

”Excellent hotel”

”I didn’t expect much due to peers staying here and having poor experiences, but I was still unfortunately disappointed. The room felt like it was holding up with Elmer’s Glue and scotch tape. Two electrical outlets were actually only connected to the wall with scotch tape and had open wires shown. The sink faucet didn’t provide enough water to wash one’s hands, making hand sanitizer I keep in my care as my only option. As someone who’s allergic to dogs and smoke, having the room smell like both...

”The room was very cute, and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. They tended to our needs and engaged in fun conversations with us. ”

”Returning customer having stayed here last July. It's still very new in great condition. Everything in the room worked. Simple. Functional. Clean. Bathroom shower worked well. Water heat control is good. Water pressure is the same low pressure as other more expensive motels or hotels. It's best for those with a car. Came to Ithaca last time by bus and used Uber, which can take a long time from Springwater Inn. Will be my first choice next time I visit Cornell.”

”We were very comfortable. We didn’t have our room cleaned during our 3-night stay, but they replenished our towels without even asking. The in-room coffee was not great, but they offer Starbucks for purchase in the restaurant.”

”Dinner: We ordered mushroom pasta and the cauliflower soup. I took three bites of the pasta and couldnt eat it. It was terrible. The soup was too oily. We had a guest so we didn't want to complain”
