”It was a nice one night stay! Room was spacious and it had a comfy bed and it was clean! The booking was bit of a hassle though. It was frustrating that I had to give all the possible documents beforehand via email/WA and still they asked them again at the motel. And it's not too handy that the check in is only between 3-6 pm.”

”Black mold bathroom. Cleaning the room is every other day, but at least pick up the trash and refill stuff that needed .Reported bathroom door not closing and gave the screw fell. Maintenance in, but unable to fix it.”

”From the concierges, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff, to the housekeeping, the hospitality was wonderful! We made the mistake of doing Uber instead of a rental car. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel. The valet manager and staff were very helpful in arranging other transportation for us, and even drove us to and from the hotel to the the Princeville Market so we could try...

”Part of the hotel is under construction affecting standard rooms. The standard rooms are really old and do not meet the quality that you would expect when staying at Sheraton. If we had known this we hadn’t stayed at Sheraton, especially when paying 400$ per night.”

”Unfortunately the place is under major reconstruction right now so check status before booking. Most things were unavailable and parts of the pool were under construction. We can tell after the renovations that the place will be great so we would absolutely considering staying here again. Getting to the room was a struggle because of the construction and the spa was not available. Great location and again, amenities look like they will be enjoyable after construction is over. They did a good job...

”Everything was beautiful and staff was kind. Only complaint was Our fridge never worked properly and our food all went bad. They gave us only a $30 credit. They tried to fix it twice and never replaced it.”

”We can't understand how this hotel has a 5 star rating. We travel several weeks a year around the world and I've relied on reviews until now, but... The main pool is full of screaming children, so if you're an adult without children, it's not for you. The adult pool was small and secluded with no amenities. The only restaurant in the hotel is a bar by the main pool, which honestly can't be called a restaurant. The "Deluxe studios" are in separate 3-story buildings with dingy and untidy hallways....

”Stayed one night but really loved the vibe of this place. All remodeled rooms and great oceanfront location. We love the LavaLava Beach Club for the live music and great drinks. Convenient to the airport and shopping.”

”The overall stay would rate a D- The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didn’t seem to care nor offered anything besides we “checked it out and everything is fine”. We asked for a different room...

”Toimiva rantahotelli palveluineen. Näkymä uima-altaalle ja valtamerelle oli hieno. Ilmainen pysäköinti isolla parkkialueella. Hotellin aamiaisella myös buffet vaihtoehto, jossa melko hyvä tarjonta. Kävelyetäisyydellä jonkun verran palveluja, mutta en suosittele pimeällä kävelyä, koska katuvalot eivät olleet käytössä. Auto oltava käytössä.”
