”Fantastic place great location easy parking. Well, kept facilities. Very clean very safe and staff was very nice. It’s right in front of the lake so the views are fantastic. We got a lake view in the high floor. The staff was really nice. Very courteous. I definitely highly recommended. The restaurant is fantastic. They have an incredible dishes, especially the lomito . ”Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.”
