”This property was unavailable to stay even though I have reserved it. The most awkward and embarrassing moment to have family waiting at airport for this hotel. When I called the number provided on Expedia site it was switched off and after a lot of tries the person picked up & informed this is closed. Expedia even didn't inform me either which was not expected.”

”This place is close to weee I wanted. To be but in an area that the taxi didn’t want to go so I ended up walking at night to hotel, it took hours for the hotel to come up with toilet paper. ”

”My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

”I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.”
