”What happened to this place? It used to be one of the nicer hotels in Vegas, but these days, there are nicer motels in town.
Took 8 hours of going back and forth between rooms to get one with functional air condition. Non-smoking rooms reek of cigarette smoke, noise cancelation is poor, amenities are fallint apart, even simple things like taps don’t function as they should. No sight of maids during a 4-night stay, had to go beg to get more toilet paper.
Bizarre experience, won’t be staying...

”Great place to stay while visiting Seattle! Chandra at the front desk was absolutely amazing! We stayed one night here before boarding a cruise for our anniversary. While dropping our luggage off before our room was ready, we mentioned we were in town for our anniversary. When we got back and into our room they had decorated our room for us and left us a personalized card! Such a personal touch that really elevated the stay. As an older building there is no lift but we were helped with our bags.
