”South Point is a charming old-school hotel resort, and I think it makes for a nice base for a few days of exploring in and around Vegas if you have a car. If you don't have a car, don't stay here -- I'm sure they have a shuttle bus to the Strip, but it will get old quickly. We spent our few days traveling around national parks and not spending that much time at the hotel, but whenever we were there, I had very little to complain about. ”You have to queue everywhere in hotel ex restaurants, check in and check out. Hotel is outdated but have some atmosphere still. For some reason pool was closed and we pick hotel for the pool, so we were so disapointed that they didnt inform this at all. If we had known we would have choose better hotel straight from strip! Quite long distance the strip.”
