”The curtains had fallen off the window and the door wouldn’t shut all the way, even when deadbolted. We told the staff and they refused to do anything about it. We booked a different hotel and checked out early. The woman who helped us check out was wonderful and accommodating and she deserves a much better job than the motel 6 in Denver.”
