”They didn't clean our room , we called to asking just for towels. it took three calls over the next 2 hours and a visit to front desk to finally get the towels. The air conditioning was stuck on 65 degrees when tried raise the temp the heat would kick on. Keep in mind it was a over 100 degrees and we had to leave the temp off. We were scheduled to stay another night but we were so angry we left. We think we should be entitled to a refund.”

”Overall it’s a nice hotel and has an old fashioned feel consistent with other similar rated hotels in the area. The amenities are weak, especially the gym is at levels you would find in cheaper Hilton hotels. Many people are active and you won’t be able to get a good workout. Otherwise staff and experience is good. I would give it an honest 4 stars”

”This property has a great central location between Denver and Boulder. The pool is beautiful and food at the restaurants is delicious. The best part about the hotel however is absolutely the staff. From the front desk, to the restaurant wait staff, to the spa, the customer service was impeccable. The entire staff are welcoming and make you feel at home while also being extremely professional and exceptionally good at their jobs. Special recognition to Tammy, Gina, and Stefanie in the spa.
