”The hotel is in a convenient location just off I-5. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in process was absolutely terrible. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. There were multiple other people waiting to check in too. I asked nearby staff if they could send someone up to the front desk and after waiting quite a long time a girl came to the desk and made excuses for not being up front. They should really just have a self check in kiosk if they don’t want to keep someone...

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal.
