The enclosed 100 m² garden and south-facing private pool provide an ideal spot to relax. The Arcachon Bay beach is just 150 m away, and all essential shops are 50 m away, easily reached on foot or by bike.



The house features a large terrace, garden, and a 6 x 4 x 1.40 m pool with alarm. Please note, there is no barrier around the pool, so caution is advised. Parking is available in front of the house. Perfect for a couple, a family with three children, or a group of friends. The house can be rented with or without the studio, which includes a shower, toilet, sink, and bedroom.



High-speed Wi-Fi is available. At 150 m, you’ll find the tourist office, cycle path, bike rental, and five outdoor tennis courts. A 9-hole golf course is 1.5 km away. At 150 m, enjoy a wellness center with spa, massages, aquabike, aquagym, and gym. Shops open all year include a bakery, pâtisserie, chocolatier, oyster seller, greengrocer, delicatessen, newsagent, pizzeria, seafood restaurants, Sunday market, and rotisserie.
