We had an apartment in block 1 with a huge balcony which looked out to the sea. We didn’t have the upgraded apartments but they were still comfortable. There’s not much room around the pool in block 1. Lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby

Fabulous apartment for a family of four. Only niggle was the lack of sunbeds. Guests would place towels on the sunbeds early in the morning to reserve them for the whole day. We didn't get a chance to sun ourselves around the pool. I think the management should introduce a policy to prevent this happening. We did however have two lovely sun terraces in the apartment. with a table and chairs

La situación es buena, cerca a Arrecife y aeropuerto. En los alrededores hay de todo..los trabajadores son amables y serviciales. A mejorar son las almohadas, y algo de frío en los apartamentos, pues se nota humedad, supongo las carpinterías que son algo antiguas.

Appartamento 104- Bene la vicinanza al mare, la presenza di un cortile interno chiuso da cancello, la gentilezza e competenza del personale della struttura anche nel dare le spiegazioni, bene anche lo spazio esterno privato per mangiare e stendere le cose bagnate. Meno bene la finestra della camera da letto che non ha oscuri per la luce (la tenda é insufficiente) e la finestra non elimina i rumori della strada e marciapiede sottostante. Meno bene anche la rubinetteria della vasca da bagno-doccia che é vecchia e usurata anche se funzionante, basterebbe poco per dare una migliore immagine. Mancava asciugacapelli e piccola scopa con paletta per pulire.

La casa è in un complesso molto carino, purtroppo si limita a questo, non viene fornito niente! 10€ per l’asciuga capelli, 10€ per il ventilatore (necessario poiché la sera al di fuori del complesso è pieno di scarafaggi e non si può tenere la finestra aperta)….

Lovely clean rooms. Stayed in block one slightly dated furniture but cleaned every 2 days and reception staff were lovely. Block one’s pool was a sun trap, fab for sitting in all day. Plenty around hotel for eating and drinking, as well as supermarkets close by too. Beach right on door stop as well as local transport and taxi rank.

Ok for the money
Generally pretty good for the money, we had our own very private terrace, room was clean, kitchen well stocked. Overall our room was pretty dated and tired, cracked tiles everywhere, aged decor, small uncomfortable beds, lounge was ok, bathroom a bit tired, shower was a hot dribble, but always a good temperature. Our pool was freezing (early March), but a minute and a halves walk away you can use the heated pool in the centre block (no.2). The rooms in this area looked to be far more modern and generally better. If we came again would consider paying more and staying in this block. Kitty's bar is just around the corner, they have very loud karaoke, this might be your thing, alas not ours. Some really nice fairly up market restaurants a few minutes walk away and apartments right on top of the beach area, excellent location! Free parking everywhere.

Great stay
Very good stay. The apartment was basic but working in every aspect, cosy and comfortable, and was cleaned every day. We asked for a double bed and found sable beds, but did not constitute a problem at all after unifying them. The reception was very helpful and incredibly nice. The position is fantastic for exploring the entire island, the car park is very good and all around you can find places for eating and drinking of any sort.

Arrived late, reception closes 5pm phoned for assistance, finally found the appt. Dumped bag, killed cockroach,basic appt,hard single beds,street light shines in, thin curtains. All in need of a refurb. Friends had left a bottle of Champagne to be left in the fridge. It took til 3 next day to get it, in fairness two bottles arrived. Very central, secluded terrace sunny noon til 6.

Tired apartment but they are slowly renovating
I used to live across from Celeste so I knew exactly what to expect. These apartments are very convenient for being right in the middle of everything in Costa Teguise but not all of the apartments have been renovated and are extremely old fashioned and tired. Our Bath was so badly worn that I was worried either water or I may end up in the apartment downstairs! The complex staff were very accommodating and did offer to move us but we declined. They have renovated some and they are lovely so if you end up in an unrenovated one please bear in mind they are doing them up and are very helpful if you aproach them properly with any complaint. We will certainly be going back as the beds were really comfy and cleaners couldn't do enough. They come in daily to change towels, , mop, replenish toilet roll and take the rubbish. Despite the tired apartment we will be back!

It was the worst place I have ever stayed in and we got no sleep due to the noise. It was so bad that we left after 1 night and found alternate accommodations at an extra cost.

Appartement n° 220 parfait, 1 très grande chambre et la 2ème avec petite terrasse ! Dame de ménage présente tous les jours, terrasse ensoleillée de 9h à 17 même en février, piscine nettoyée tous les jours, situation idéale. Il faut absolument aller prendre le petit déjeuner à "La Caracola" (juste à coté de Céleste) qui font tout maison, tartes, croissants, pancakes, jus d'orange frais, accueil adorable sur une petite place typique. Et le restaurant en face Habana 6 est l'un des meilleurs que l'on ait fait. Concernant la résidence, si l'on cherche la tranquillité il vaut mieux choisir le bâtiment réservé aux adultes (bien que ne l'ayant pas visité).

This apartments for sure needs a BIG update renovation, must had been 30 years at least since last time. Sink and toilet is totally lose and you're afraid that specially the sink anytime can break.....

Een mooie accomodatie met zwembad (helaas niet zo diep). Appertement en complex wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt en handoeken worden regelmatig vervangen. Heelaas was van eigen terras een costum made t shirt weggehaald door onbekenden?

The property is in a perfect location, an easy stroll from the square with bars and restaurants, and the beach. The newly refurbished apartments are very smart but the older ones are looking a bit frazzled. But they are very well appointed and are clean and comfortable. They have a hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. They also provide a bottle of washing up liquid and sponge and a big bottle of cold water in the fridge was a nice touch. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back.

Worst hotel.
Have stayed there before but this time absolutely rubbish. Front door did not close kettle and hob did not work bathroom dirty cobwebs on the bathroom window from the day we went. Ment to be going back in November no chance. Receptionist told me you get what you pay for. Jet2 have pulled out.
