We are very sorry for all the inconveniences you have experienced during your stay but, we would like to add that we always offered a solution for them. As we personally talked about during your stay, it would be a pleasure changing your room, but you decided not to accept and not to give us the opportunity to improve that aspect. We have all the diet and food options in our restaurant. To all of our vegan clients, that also was your case, we always elaborate a special menu out of the main buffet, but you decided to reject it.
