Le plus de l'Hôtel : - Personnel à tous les niveaux fantastiques. Nous avons eu à faire avec la réception ou tout le monde se plie en 4 pour vous satisfaire. Dès notre arrivée le matin, on nous a donné libre accès à la totalité des prestations de l'hôtel. Dans la mesure de leur possibilité, nos chambres nous ont été données en tout début d'après-midi; Les femmes de chambres sont professionnelles et efficaces avec un ménage comme on en voit peu : TOP ! Les serveurs de tous les restaurants sont TOP et l'équipe d'animation fait tout pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. - Les chambres sont spacieuses et dotées de terrasse. Elles sont grandes avec du rangement et une literie de qualité. - La restauration est variée et bonne. Un petit bémol histoire de dire quelque chose de négatif : Pour les petits déjeuner le jus d'orange frais serait appréciable. -L'emplacement est super pour visiter l'île car en voiture il est au plus loin à 45 mn du Nord et 45 mn du sud de l'Ile Nous étions 7personnes et avons séjourné 15 jours. Nous sommes tous du même avis. Attention aux personnes à mobilité réduite : bien le préciser à la réception afin d'avoir des chambres dans le bâtiment principal sinon l'accès aux autres chambres se fait par une longue et interminable passerelle

Un séjour au moment de noël inoubliable. L'hôtel est top, le personnel fort sympathique. Il y a bien deux piscines sur les 4 de chauffées à cette période ce qui est appréciable. L hôtel est très bien entretenu et juste en face de la plage. Je pense que nous reviendrons très certainement. Merci

Fue mi primera vez en Lanzarote y la estancia era de diez. Había bastante huéspedes pero la verdad es que el servicio proporcionado era fluido y aunque a veces había cola, sobre todo en el bar, esta se movía muy rápido. Todo el personal era educado, sonriente y muy profesional. La calidad de la comida era muy buena. La variedad tal vez un poco menos, pero a mi no me molestaba.

Um hotel muito família e com uma praia super tranquila. Localização excelente com uma linda orla. A recepção foi muito atensiosa em todo momento. Comida execelente e para todos os paladares. Os shows são execlentes, pena que termina muito cedo. No máximo até as 11 PM. Fiquem atentos pois as espreguiçadeiras que se encontram na praia não são do hotel e por isso caso queira ficar nela durante o dia terá que pagar por dia (10 euros).

Great location, Good Hotel, below par food
The hotel is in a great location just across the beach so even though its not a private beach, its literally across the road. The hotel is very clean and the hygiene levels, etc are excellent. the pools are very clean and there are loads of deck chairs around as well. Our bathroom had a peculiar sewage type smell though it kept appearing and disappearing. The staff was really very good generally - except for a couple at the bar area who were not particularly friendly. The real disappointment was the all inclusive food. it was all well below par and completely unexciting and a bit tasteless. Even the 2 speciality restaurants were nothing to write home about, though the Pan Asian one was decent. Their non-alcoholic pina colada was really watery. The cappucino & breakfast were the only saving graces.

Good improvement since Reno.
The RIU paradiso has been recently renovated and it has improved significantly! The hotel has good amenities but feels a bit too big to be personal. Dinner is very good but breakfast would benefit from fresh orange juice and fresh cooked omelettes. Value for money is good ! We enjoyed the quieter pool beside the main accommodation blocks.

Prima hotel, na de restyling ook prima qua look en feel maar dit hotel is geen 4 sterren. Aan het personeel ligt het zeker niet. Maar voor de enorme omvang van dit mega hotel is het buffet gedeelte en het restaurant veel te klein. Wat resulteert in druk en onrustig eten. En een thermos kan met koffie bij je ontbijt?? Dat kan in deze tijd toch echt niet meer. Beste tip voor het diner. Reserveer elke avond in 1 van de thema restaurants, dan eet je tenminste in een rustige omgeving. Het hotel is echt gericht op Engelsen, dus als je daar van houdt, zit je goed. Voor ons geen herhaling.

Leider wirklich von vorn bis hinten enttäuscht. Nach Ankunft um 15:30 war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig, das Baby Bett konnte erst nach 4 mal anrufen am späten Abend gebracht werden, Dusche wechselt ständig zwischen heiß und kalt -für babies sehr sehr schwierig, das Budget war komplett auf Maße ausgerichtet -man hat sich wie auf einer Massentierhaltung gehalten. Bedienung der Kellner war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht, front desk hingegen konstant unprofessionell und unfreundlich. Ich gebe dem Hotel max Sterne -es ist weit von 4 entfernt. Wirklich schade für den ausserordentlich hohen Preis.

Very disappointing experience. Poor quality food and alcohol with very limited options. Couldn’t rest at night due to bad noise insulation in the room. Service substandard. Front desk staff unprofessional and unfriendly. Had to check out early and find another hotel for the rest of the vacation.

Overall a very nice stay
Resort was very clean in all areas inclusive g the rooms, gardens, pools, restaurants etc.The all inclusive food options were pretty good too. The only negative I would have is that the reception staff were not the friendliest. It felt when you made a request for a taxi or had a question that you were “bothering” them.

Fantastic relaxing break
This is a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was good with a variety each day. Hotel entertainment staff were excellent and were very encouraging to get people involved in the many activities. Evening entertainment was excellent with a variety of hotel entertainers and external people. A fantastic family holiday.

Fabulous staff - always attentive and happy. So clean everywhere. Entertainment team were excellent even if you didn’t want to take part. Food was great and very varied. Plenty of sun beds and right opposite the beach.

The hotel was lovely along with the staff however the food let it down. Selection was not of great quality which lead us to eating out every night. Breakfast and lunch was good tho. Still would come back but would know not to eat dinner.
