The Cocoonr Agency offers you this 138 m² house in Laon, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. For professional use, the ideal capacity of the accommodation is a maximum of 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of around 100 m² as well as private parking and a secure shelter for your bicycles. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, a lounge area and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A study/living room with TV and sofa
- A large bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: One double bed
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located in Laon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
Laon is a medieval town, nicknamed Belle Ile en Terre (Beautiful Island on Land) by Victor Hugo, or the Carcassonne of the North, and also "La montagne couronnée" (The Crowned Mountain). The house is at the foot of the hill, the plateau, surrounded by 8 km of intact ramparts, which can be reached directly by a footpath in 15 minutes. The old town, behind its ramparts, has many ancient monuments. These can be explored on foot, by bike, by bus, etc.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the accommodation in a private, enclosed space.

- Nearest station: Laon station, 1.5 km away

- You can park on enclosed grounds and store your bicycles in a shed.
- Sheets and towels are included.
- Pets are not allowed.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any requests to arrive or depart outside the specified times are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
